At Koloa Surf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
